Spend 2 incredible nights in The View Luxury Property and learn how to take your next party to a whole new level. Watch and participate with Chef Castro as he shows all the secrets to creating small plates with huge flavours. There is an art and finesse to creating inspired tapas and this is the way to learn the art.

You will also assist in preparing a West Coast brunch on Sunday.

Itinerary:

Friday, February 2nd, 2018 - 3PM

  • Check in 
  • Get settled into your room
  • Gather on the main floor with other guests and enjoy a welcome cocktail and get to know your fellow guests.

4PM

  • Meet Chef Castro
  • Castro will go over exactly what the preparation plan is. You can decide the level of participation that you would like to contribute. Some guests love to chop, others love to mix and others may choose to just sit back and take it all in. 

5PM 

  • Dinner will start to be served over the course of the next several hours.
